Patient care is our priority, therefore, our practice is not contracted with any insurance companies, at this time. However, if you would like to utilize the out of network benefits your insurance may offer for individual or couples therapy, Alexandra or Charlotte will provide you with a Superbill (receipt of services with insurance codes), so that you can attempt to receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company. All reimbursement is dependent on your specific plan. If you are unsure of your specific plan, please contact your insurance provider to see if our services (codes: 90834, 90847) would be reimbursed.

GoodFaithEstimate: As of January 1, 2022, state-licensed or certified health care providers need to give a Good Faith Estimate of healthcare charges to every new and continuing client who is either uninsured or is not planning to submit a claim to their insurance for the healthcare services they seek. As an out-of-network provider many of our clients will choose to not submit to their insurance provider therefore they are eligible to receive a Good Faith Estimate. The Good Faith Estimate is a part of the new patient paperwork completed at the time of scheduling the client’s initial session.

All of our services are pay-as-you-go, therefore you are only ever agreeing to the next appointment you schedule.

Payment Modalities: HSA/FSA, all major credit cards and cash

Please note we follow a strict 24 hr cancellation policy. In the event that you will be unable to keep an appointment, please provide notice, written or verbal, at least 24 hours in advance or 48 hours in advance for Monday appointments, if possible. Missed appointments or cancellations without 24-hour notice will be billed for the full session fee.
