Alexandra Podowski, LPC
Alexandra Podowski, LPC, (she/her) is a Southern Methodist University graduate with a Master’s of Counseling degree and holding an LPC licensure (70730). Alexandra has experience in various fields including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive out-patient treatment, and private practice, as well as, working directly with The Resource Center of Dallas during internship. Alexandra worked for over a decade with Texas Health Resources as an intensive outpatient therapist aiding in the recovery of patients through group settings. After leaving THR, Alexandra, knew her passion was working with individuals in an outpatient setting and dedicated her time to solely working at her private practice.
Alexandra believes in utilizing therapy as a collaborative space that is non judgmental, flexible and personally tailored to each person’s current needs. This is often done through CBT, DBT, existential exploration, short-term solution focused goals, as well as, lots of helpful psycho educational tools that help amplify the traditional individual therapy experience.
Alexandra has been invited to speak and present to well known and respected businesses in the community, presented at Grand Rounds through Texas Health, as well as, provided educational seminars for Dallas County and consultation for FC Dallas’ wellness program for athletes.

Charlotte Smith, LPC
Charlotte Smith, LPC, (she/her) is a Southern Methodist University Graduate with a Master's in Counseling Degree and holds an LPC Licensure since 2014 (71899). In addition to her private practice work, Charlotte has over a decade of experience in hospital-levels of care for Texas Health Resources. While facilitating group therapy sessions, she gained unique insights into a wide range of mental health concerns and treatment modalities. During her graduate internship, she worked for Betty Ford Center’s Children’s Program, Five Star Kids, and this created a passion for working with families affected by addiction.
Charlotte focuses on helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve their full potential.
She utilizes a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused goal setting and mindfulness techniques— and tailors her approach to each client's unique needs. Her philosophy is rooted in meeting clients where they are in providing a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to identify your goals and develop practical strategies for positive change.
Charlotte has been the speaker for several continuing education courses through Texas Health’s Grand Rounds Program and MasterClass series, as well as, psychoeducational seminars for Betty Ford Center.
